Upload bill/invoiceWhy use us
Insurance portals are built for the insurer. A small mistake on a superbill can mean a denial weeks later, and most people give up. We do the parts that trip people up.
"As a parent, I chose out-of-network providers for my kids because they were the right fit. Then came the superbills, the portals and the insurance calls. I built MySuperbills so other families don't have to go through that alone."
-
We catch mistakes before your insurer does
We check codes, diagnosis and provider details before we submit, to reduce denials for fixable errors.
-
We resubmit if there's a fixable error
No waiting on hold. If your insurer rejects a claim for a submission error, we correct it and send it again.
-
You always know where your claim stands
Every claim in one place, from submitted to processed. No more digging through insurer letters to figure out what happened.
-
Seconds to upload, not hours in a portal
Snap a photo or upload a PDF in a few seconds. We check your superbill for accuracy and file it for you, so you never have to navigate your insurer's portal.
-
Any out-of-network provider, 3,400+ insurers
Your provider doesn't need to sign up with us. If your plan accepts electronic out-of-network claims, we can file.
-
Your reimbursement goes straight to you
Your insurer pays you directly. We never hold your money or take a cut of your reimbursement.

FAQ
What is a superbill?
An itemized receipt from your provider listing the services you received, diagnosis codes and what you paid. Providers give one when you pay out of pocket.
What if my provider didn't give me a superbill?
Ask their office. Most out-of-network and private-pay providers can create one for any visit you paid for, including past visits.
Do I need an account to start?
No. Upload your superbill first. You create an account at the end, right before we submit. Your first submission doesn't need a card.
Can I file for my child?
Yes. If your child is covered under your plan, upload their superbill and we'll file under your plan.
Can I file old claims?
Often, yes. Deadlines vary by plan, from 90 days to a year or more. If a claim is denied only because the deadline passed, we credit your fee toward a future claim.
How long does my insurer take?
It's up to your insurer. Many process claims in 2–6 weeks, though some take 12 weeks or longer. A longer wait doesn't necessarily mean there's a problem.
Do you guarantee I'll be reimbursed?
No. We prepare and submit your claim. Your insurer decides whether to reimburse you and how much, based on your plan's out-of-network benefits.
Is my information secure?
Yes. We never sell your health information and share it only as needed to process your claims. Email and text alerts never include health details.
